Refund & Cancellation Policy
Khauriya Technologies is committed to maintaining transparency in financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our IT training programs.
1. Course Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.
- No more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- Refund request must be made via official email.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- After 25% or more course completion
- After full access to course materials
- For downloadable content
- For recorded sessions once accessed
- Due to lack of participation or performance
4. Administrative Charges
Approved refunds may be subject to a processing or administrative fee deduction.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
6. Batch Transfers
Students may request batch changes subject to availability. This does not qualify as a refund.
7. Placement Services
Fees paid for placement support or career services are non-refundable.
